From breed-specific cuts to creative grooming, puppy and senior pet care, and even feline grooming, we tailor each session to your pet’s unique needs. Preparing for Your Dog’s Grooming Visit

To help us provide the best care possible, we ask that all pet parents review the following before their grooming appointment:

Human Requirements:

• A credit card must be saved on file
• An emergency contact should be listed
• Please pick up your dog within 30 minutes to 1 hour after grooming

Dog Requirements:

• Must be friendly with people
• Must wear a collar with a name tag
• Should not be in heat
• Should be in good health and not overly anxious
• Rabies vaccination is required; other vaccines are recommended

Grooming-Specific Notes:

• First-time grooming? We’ll ease your pup into the process with a gentle bath, brush-out, nail trim, and dryer introduction.
• Dogs with open wounds cannot be groomed to avoid infection.
• Dogs with fleas will receive a flea bath and be billed accordingly.
• If grooming poses a safety risk to your pet or our staff, we may stop and notify you.

What to Bring:

• Leash
• Collar with name tag
• Vaccine records (if not already provided)
• Medicated or specialty shampoo (if needed)
• A photo of your desired haircut or style
